Since 1999, we have coached some of the most successful and powerful women at the highest levels in business. As importantly, we have coached women who grapple with how to navigate the corporate landscape and the backroom politics of their predominately-male colleagues.


Female executives often struggle with the nuance of trying to get ahead without losing their own identity. Some think that the way to the top is to talk and act like "one of the boys." Sadly, that approach often backfires, leaving these executives with damaged reputations and offensive labels.


There are many effective practices and behaviors that female executives are using to lead their teams and to get ahead. There are other limiting behaviors and patterns that could be holding back one's progression.
