Million Dollar Coaching:


Most of our coaching clients earn total annual compensation well in excess of $1 Million. Some have created multi-generational wealth, while other fast track executives are being groomed as the heir apparent in their company's succession plans.


Coaching, at it's core, is about growth and improvement that creates a tangible or observable benefit for the client. Many of our coaching clients have had significant career moves that they attribute in great part, to our work; career moves that took them from mid-level executives all the way to the President or CEO of their company.


Since 1999, we have coached hundreds of senior executives to recognize their full potential by improving their effectiveness as communicators and leaders. While not every client has to earn in excess of $1 Million to qualify, we do limit our work to those whom have already demonstrated a track record of exceptional success. A great attitude and desire to take their game to the next level is our primary requirement. However, to be clear, our coaching is not appropriate for those with personality disorders or abusive personalities. We don't "fix" problem people; we coach great people to the next level.


Clients tell us that we are different. Our coaching is distinguished by our level of candor because there is nothing to be gained with flowery language and platitudes. Clients appreciate that our independence provides them with a confidential sounding board from which to evaluate difficult business options; our perspectives are free from any political attachment to the outcome.


Clients receive candid feedback from our interviews, surveys and personal observations. Objectives and timelines are then developed to remain focused on the most promising areas for development. We encourage and expect clients to modify their approach, behavior and daily activities to reflect the emphasis on the areas identified for growth.


Our coaching philosophy is to mitigate areas of challenge, weakness or frustration while leveraging and capitalizing on the executive’s inherent strengths.
